Nothing is more important to Blue NileTravel than the health and safety of our customers, and that of our staff.

The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is causing significant disruption to global travel and we understand that having to cancel or rearrange travel plans in these uncertain times can be stressful. Our staff are working hard to help all our customers manage their travel arrangements in accordance with the ever-changing information and guidance we receive from the Airlines and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

Notice to passenger traveling to Egypt: Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival. The certificate must be in Arabic or English.This does not apply to passengers arriving directly at Sharm El Sheikh (SSH), Hurghada (HRG), Taba (TCP), Marsa Alam (RMF), Mersa Matruh (MUH) airports and staying in the South Sinai region.

Notice to passenger traveling to Sudan: Passengers of Sudanese origin are subject to medical screening. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival. 

To comply with UK Government advice, we ask clients to minimise visits to our office over the next 3 weeks, as most of our staff are working from home. We will continue to serve you over the phone or via email. This is for the safety and protection of everyone.

Given the extraordinary volume of enquiries, and the rapidly changing situation, the best course of action for travellers with future bookings is to monitor and follow FCO advice for the destination they are travelling to, and wait for us to contact you if the situation changes in regards to your booking.

For those clients due to travel after 15 April 2020, we ask you to bear with us for the moment and not contact us, allowing us to assist with imminent departures and those currently overseas.
